The problem: a new certificate, a heavy file
Türkiye’s Industrial Emissions Regulation took effect on 1 December 2025; facilities listed in its Annex 1 now need an SYD (Green Transformation in Industry) certificate.
The assessment is not free text: it is a checklist scored item by item out of 100 for each sub-sector, with an A–F grade. Reports are usually sent back on procedure rather than substance: missing annexes, measurement reports older than two years, capacities that do not match between sections, or citations of repealed law.
The approach: every line, with its source
Ecorapor reads the facility’s documents, scores each BAT item with the evidence and page it rests on, and drafts the report section by section in a paged editor. Automatic checks flag a wrong province or company name, inconsistent figures, old measurements and citations of repealed articles before the file goes out. AI drafts; the consultant and the authorised person check the sources, and the authorised person signs.

Consultancy firms follow many facilities from one agenda and one folder per facility, and export reports to Word or PDF.
