The problem: many stakeholders, no shared place

Industrial facilities, lead officers and officers, academics, universities and public institutions all work on industry's green transformation.

They needed one place to follow announcements, hold discussions and share experience.

The approach: a forum platform

We designed and built a forum platform for the ministry. Announcements, surveys and discussions sit in one shared feed, and sector categories and working groups bring stakeholders together around the same topics.

The platform, screen by screen

01

Activity feed

Announcements, surveys and discussions in one shared feed.

02

Sectors

Six industrial sectors, with categories and dedicated resource filters.

03

Working groups

Users discover working groups and request to join sector collaboration.

04

Assignments

Certification status and facility assignments in a dedicated workspace.

The outcome: stakeholders on one forum

Industrial facilities, lead officers and officers, academics, universities and public institutions now meet on the same forum.

The platform is live on the ministry's own domain: sydhub.csb.gov.tr. Usage figures belong to the institution and are not shared.

What public-sector delivery taught us

Delivering SYD HUB to a ministry meant working with technical specifications, acceptance criteria, internal approval cycles and documentation expectations. We carried that experience into the delivery model we use with public institutions, described on our AI for public institutions page.
